Miraflores, Lima. 1957<\/strong><br \/>\nEn un terreno regular de 1250 m2 (25 m. de frente por 50 m. de fondo) y entre medianeras, la distribuci\u00f3n espacial de la casa Nycander se resuelve dividiendo el lote en 2 grandes jardines o espacios abiertos: una zona abierta en el frente (presentando el acceso) y el gran jard\u00edn posterior. Esta vivienda cuenta con 3 niveles: <strong>Semis\u00f3tano<\/strong>, donde est\u00e1 la cochera y los cuartos de m\u00e1quinas; en la <strong>Planta baja<\/strong> se encuentran las \u00e1reas sociales, los dormitorios y la zona de servicio y en la <strong>Planta alta<\/strong> se ubica el estudio. Los espacios de la vivienda est\u00e1n organizados alrededor de peque\u00f1os patios que permiten una adecuada ventilaci\u00f3n e iluminaci\u00f3n. El detalle en los acabados est\u00e1 finamente trabajado, los revestimientos de piedra fueron dise\u00f1ados por el arquitecto Baertl y su amigo Pedro Rosell\u00f3. Miraflores, Lima. 1957 | Fernando Freire Forga<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Particularidades<\/strong><br \/>\nEn t\u00e9rminos de comodidad y funcionalidad, todos los ambientes de la casa fueron dise\u00f1ados a gusto del cliente: La cocina cuenta con un ambiente contiguo subdividido en dos c\u00e1maras de refrigeraci\u00f3n, las cuales son refrigeradas por los equipos ubicados en el semis\u00f3tano. A uno de los lados de la sala se acondicion\u00f3 una pajarera con un sistema de audio que permite escuchar el canto de las aves en todos los ambientes interiores de la vivienda. Una parte del piso de la sala es de vidrio transparente, el cual permite observar el estanque-acuario que ingresa desde la terraza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como resultado de los estudios volum\u00e9tricos para la ciudad de Lima, el arquitecto Baertl propone pintar de color ocre el cielo raso de los volados. Seg\u00fan palabras del arquitecto:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cLima es una ciudad que se caracteriza por tener un cielo nublado o gris durante la mayor\u00eda de los d\u00edas del a\u00f1o, es por este motivo que empec\u00e9 a pintar el cielo raso de los volados, en busca de obtener un efecto que simulara a las sombras producidas por el sol, consiguiendo un contraste volum\u00e9trico. Miraflores, Lima. 1957<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a regular area of 1250 m2 (25 m. Abreast for 50 m. Of bottom) and between dividing, the spatial distribution of the house Nycander is solved dividing the lot in 2 big gardens or opened spaces: a zone opened in the front (presenting the access) and the great later garden. This housing possesses 3 levels: Semibasement, where it is the garage and the quarters of machines; in the Ground floor they find the social areas, the bedrooms and the zone of service and in the high Plant the study is located. The spaces of the housing are organized about small courts that allow a suitable ventilation and lighting. The detail in the finished ones is finely worn out, the coatings stones were designed by the architect Baertl and his friend Pedro Rosell\u00f3. Miraflores, Lima. 1957 | Fernando Freire Forga<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Particularities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In terms of comfort and functionality, all the environments of the house were designed to taste of the client: The kitchen possesses a contiguous environment subdivided in two chambers of refrigeration, which are refreshed by the equipments located in the semibasement. To one of the sides of the room an aviary was conditioned by an audio system that allows to listen to the singing of the birds in all the interior environments of the housing. A part of the floor of the room is of transparent glass, which allows to observe the reservoir &#8211; aquarium that enters from the terrace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As result of the volumetric studies for the city of Lima, the architect Baertl proposes to paint color ocher the level sky of demolished. According to words of the architect:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cLima is a city that is characterized for having a cloudy or gray sky during the majority of the days of the year, is for this motive that I started painting the level sky of demolished, in search of obtaining an effect that it was simulating to the shades produced by the Sun, obtaining a volumetric contrast. Miraflores, Lima. 1957<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nun terreo regular de 1250 m2 (25 m. de fronte por 50 m. de fondo) e entre medianeras, a distribuci\u00f3n espacial da casa Nycander res\u00f3lvese dividindo o lote en 2 grandes xard\u00edns ou espazos abertos: unha zona aberta na fronte (presentando o acceso) e o gran xard\u00edn posterior. Esta vivenda conta con 3 niveis: Semis\u00f3tano, onde est\u00e1 a cochera e os cuartos de m\u00e1quinas; na Planta baixa at\u00f3panse as \u00e1reas sociais, os dormitorios e a zona de servizo e na Planta alta sit\u00faase o estudo. Os espazos da vivenda est\u00e1n organizados ao redor de pequenos patios que permiten unha adecuada ventilaci\u00f3n e iluminaci\u00f3n. O detalle nos acabados est\u00e1 finamente traballado, os revestimientos de pedra foron dese\u00f1ados polo arquitecto Baertl e o seu amigo Pedro Rosell\u00f3. Miraflores, Lima. 1957 | Fernando Freire Forga<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Particularidades<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En termos de comodidade e funcionalidade, todos os ambientes da casa foron dese\u00f1ados a gusto do cliente: A coci\u00f1a conta cun ambiente contiguo subdividido en d\u00faas c\u00e1maras de refrixeraci\u00f3n, as cales son refrixeradas polos equipos situados no semisoto. A un dos lados da sala acondicionouse unha paxareira cun sistema de audio que permite escoitar o canto das aves en todos os ambientes interiores da vivenda. Unha parte do piso da sala \u00e9 de vidro transparente, o cal permite observar o estanque-acuario que ingresa dende a terraza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como resultado dos estudos volum\u00e9tricos para a cidade de Lima, o arquitecto Baertl prop\u00f3n pintar de cor ocre o ceo raso dos voados. Segundo palabras do arquitecto:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cLima \u00e9 unha cidade que se caracteriza por ter un ceo anubrado ou gris durante a maior\u00eda dos d\u00edas do ano, \u00e9 por este motivo que empecei a pintar o ceo raso dos voados, en busca de obter un efecto que simulase \u00e1s sombras producidas polo sol, conseguindo un contraste volum\u00e9trico. Actualmente , se encuentra inmerso en el desarrollo de trabajos de recopilaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n de Arquitectura Moderna en el Per\u00fa. En 1999 obtiene el primer premio en el Concurso a nivel nacional organizado por PROCOBRE-PER\u00da con la tesis: Edificio Automatizado de Oficinas: \u201cUsos del Cobre en la Arquitectura\u201d. Ha realizado estudios de Doctorado sobre Arquitectura Moderna en la ETSAB, Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona en la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Catalu\u00f1a, Espa\u00f1a. Actualmente , se encuentra inmerso en el desarrollo de trabajos de recopilaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n de Arquitectura Moderna en el Per\u00fa.
