Nace con el prop\u00f3sito de indagar sobre la ciudad que se desparrama inexorablemente por gran parte de la geograf\u00eda, esa urbe que algunos te\u00f3ricos coinciden en calificar de difusa, otros de fragmentada e incluso algunos de global. En el caso de Galicia, se podr\u00eda decir que esta se formula alrededor de grandes infraestruturas, como son la Autopista AP-9, el eje ferroviario Norte-Sur, o tambi\u00e9n, aquella m\u00e1s dom\u00e9stica como la Nacional 550, que se comporta como hilo argumental de este trabajo. Partiendo de la premisa Baudeleriana de encontrar el \u201cextraordinario en el com\u00fan\u201d, y como escribieron Robet Venturi y Denise Scott Brown, para este estudio reivindicamos un viaje en la que uno se desfamiliariza de sus argumentos y se replantea cosas a trav\u00e9s del que descubre. Hoy, aquellas carreteras han sido sustituidas por autopistas aisladas del paisaje que atraviesan. Durante mucho tiempo, la N-VI fue una de las carreteras m\u00e1s importantes de Espa\u00f1a. Un\u00eda Madrid con Galicia a lo largo de 600 km. Ahora la autov\u00eda A-6 cubre todo el trayecto. Algunos tramos de la vieja N-VI han desaparecido, otros han quedado casi abandonados, como islas a la deriva, kil\u00f3metros de asfalto que empiezan y terminan en ninguna parte, y con ellos las <\/em><em>aldeas y pueblos que atravesaban. Lugares de paso donde aparentemente ya no ocurre nada. Today, those roads have been replaced with highways isolated of the landscape that they cross. For a long time, the N &#8211; I SAW it was one of the most important roads of Spain. It was joining Madrid with Galicia along 600 km. Now the highway A-6 covers the whole distance. Some sections of the old woman N &#8211; I SAW they have disappeared, others have remained almost left, as islands adrift, kilometres of asphalt that do not begin and end, and with them the villages and peoples that they were crossing anywhere.
