El pasado 19 de Junio tuvo lugar la gala de los Premios Arquitectura Plus 2012, donde se dieron cita m\u00e1s de 150 arquitectos y profesionales en Roca Madrid Gallery, en una celebraci\u00f3n organizada por Grupo V\u00eda para dar a conocer el talento y la creatividad de los arquitectos espa\u00f1oles en la que se eligieron los 8 mejore proyectos de esta tercera edici\u00f3n: Madrid R\u00edo (Burgos Garrido + Porras Lacasta + Rubio&\u00c1lvarez Sala + West8), el Centro de Servicios Sociales de M\u00f3stoles (Dosmasuno), la Escuela UPI de Gand\u00eda (Paredes + Pedrosa), la Cineteca en Matadero de Madrid (churtichaga + quadra.salcedo), las Viviendas en Pasatge Mas de Roda de Barcelona (Jordi Garc\u00e9s), la Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Antiguo Ambulatorio Hermanos Lahul\u00e9 en San Fernando C\u00e1diz (EDDEA), la bodega La Grajera en Logro\u00f1o (Virai) y el \u00c1rea de Compostaje del Campus da Zapateira en Ourense (Trespes).<\/p>\n

Durante la gala en Roca Madrid Gallery, fue el mismo p\u00fablico profesional quien eligi\u00f3 de una forma interactiva y participativa al vencedor de cada una de las categor\u00edas. Previamente a la ceremonia, el jurado seleccion\u00f3 los tres finalistas de cada una de las categor\u00edas as\u00ed como otorg\u00f3 el el Premio A+ a la mejor trayectoria profesional al arquitecto V\u00edctor L\u00f3pez Cotelo y el Premio A+ al Estudio Joven de Arquitectura m\u00e1s Prometedor a Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda S\u00e1nchez Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n
El jurado estuvo compuesto por los arquitectos I\u00f1aki Baquero (BOPBAA) y Miguel Rold\u00e1n (Rold\u00e1n+Berengu\u00e9), junto con los arquitectos y periodistas especializados Fredy Massad (\u00bfbtbW\/Architecture) y Jaume Prat (Arquitectura entre otras soluciones), as\u00ed como Jose G. Osorio,\u00a0 presentador de los premios y director de las publicaciones Arquitectura Plus, V\u00eda Construcci\u00f3n y VIA Architecture Plus<\/p>\n
En esta tercera edici\u00f3n\u00a0 90 despachos de arquitectura han presentado 163 proyectos, doblando la participaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o anterior (80 proyectos). La convocatoria ha estado abierta a los profesionales de la arquitectura, que hubieran ejecutado el proyecto con posterioridad al 1 de enero de 2010.<\/p>\n

Previamente \u00e1 cerimonia, o xurado seleccionou os tres finalistas de cada unha das categor\u00edas as\u00ed como outorgou o o Premio A+ \u00e1 mellor traxectoria profesional ao arquitecto V\u00edctor L\u00f3pez Cotelo e o Premio A+ ao Estudo Novo de Arquitectura m\u00e1is Prometedor a Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda S\u00e1nchez Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n

During the gala in Rock Madrid Gallery, went the same professional public the one who chose of an interactive and participatory form to the victorious of each one of the categories. Previously to the ceremony, the jury selected the three finalists of each one of the categories as well as it awarded the the Prize A to the best professional path to the architect V\u00edctor L\u00f3pez Cotelo and the Prize A+ to the Young Study of Architecture more Promising to Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda S\u00e1nchez Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n
The jury was composed by the architects I\u00f1aki Baquero (BOPBAA) and Miguel Rold\u00e1n (Rold\u00e1n+Berengu\u00e9), together with the architects and skilled journalists Fredy Massad (btbW\/Architecture) and Jaume Prat (Architecture between other solutions), as well as Jose G. Osorio, presenter of the prizes and director of the publications Architecture Plus, Via Construction and VIA Architecture Plus<\/p>\n
In this third edition 90 dispatches of architecture have presented 163 projects, bending the participation of the previous year (80 projects). The announcement has been opened to the professionals of the architecture, that had executed the project subsequently to 1 January 2010.<\/p>\n
