<\/a><\/p>\nSan Rafael, una peque\u00f1a localidad en la vertiente norte de la sierra de Guadarrama, siempre ocup\u00f3 el territorio por medio de hotelitos de veraneo que, aunque faltos generalmente de car\u00e1cter, han configurado un paisaje en el que las monta\u00f1as pr\u00f3ximas han mantenido siempre el protagonismo.<\/p>\n
Sin embargo nuevos planeamientos y desarrollos normativos en la localidad imponen tipolog\u00edas diferentes. De la tensi\u00f3n dialogante entre los nuevos modos urbanos y la segura persistencia de edificaciones de menor tama\u00f1o, nace la propuesta.<\/p>\n
Completando la manzana existente se intent\u00f3 mantener un di\u00e1logo sereno con las edificaciones pr\u00f3ximas:\u00a0 por un lado un vecino medianero, sin car\u00e1cter y con una altura excesiva, obligaba a encontrar una estrategia que diera cierta continuidad en altura, por otro, la conservaci\u00f3n de edificaciones exentas y muy pr\u00f3ximas a las que la propuesta merec\u00eda cierta consideraci\u00f3n. Es por ello que se emplearon alineaciones, la cornisa, y los ritmos de los huecos para articular esas fachadas sugiriendo alturas y densidades materiales diferentes.<\/p>\n
Se recurri\u00f3 a la soluci\u00f3n tradicional en el vecindario de las contraventanas para aislar los huecos de la luz y ruido, adem\u00e1s de procurar un cierre seguro en los meses en que la casa no se encontrara habitada.<\/p>\n
La fachada, se resolvi\u00f3 con un modesto ladrillo dispuesto con la l\u00f3gica constructiva que lleva impl\u00edcita su colocaci\u00f3n a sardinel. Se trataba, a todos los efectos, de un cierre, m\u00e1s que dar idea de un falso muro de carga.\u00a0 Se encontr\u00f3 que el aparejo que tradicionalmente contribuye a la traba, es a su vez un obst\u00e1culo para el entendimiento de un muro que apenas ya funciona en su sentido estructural. Sobre todo dentro de una l\u00f3gica constructiva que acostumbra a trabajar en relaci\u00f3n a las fuerzas de la gravedad con soportes y forjados. Esta soluci\u00f3n, en absoluto novedosa y con una tradici\u00f3n constructiva muy propia de los a\u00f1os setenta, pon\u00eda sin embargo en valor el propio ladrillo como pieza b\u00e1sica y modesta de la fachada.<\/p>\n
El mostrar cada una de las piezas cer\u00e1micas en una matriz, contribuyendo con su individualidad y no con su trabaz\u00f3n, cre\u00edamos, ayudaba a\u00a0 evitar esta problem\u00e1tica. Piezas sueltas, en filas y columnas como individuos \u00fanicos, sin traba, se colocaron apenas unidos entre si por llaves met\u00e1licas que hac\u00edan las veces de aparejo invisible. En esa trama cer\u00e1mica, casi abstracta, los huecos de iluminaci\u00f3n, tangentes por sus v\u00e9rtices, contribu\u00edan a reforzar esa idea anti-gravitartoria. No se trataba y no se muestra como un muro pesado sino como una plementer\u00eda con su propia l\u00f3gica y sentido. Algo que se podr\u00eda percibir incluso desde su planeidad, incluso como lenguaje constructivo.<\/p>\n
Las dimensiones verticales de los huecos, y su aparente desorden, intentaban establecer conexiones con las fachadas vecinas tanto presentes como por venir, junto con un buen ritmo de la calle. Ese vibrato<\/em> logrado mediante las disposiciones de huecos y macizos no buscaba otra cosa que cierto sentido de buen vecindario. Por medio de cierta modestia material y formal se trataba de lograr algo de la discreci\u00f3n que en ocasiones los lugares sugieren, casi como la mayor ambici\u00f3n a que los proyectos puedan aspirar.<\/p>\n Obra: Viviendas NR \n <\/p>\n In cause the major aspiration of the architecture it must be that of the good neighborhood. O emprego dos materiais do lugar, dos ritmos, proporci\u00f3ns e linguaxe, a\u00ednda que modificados, alterados e actualizados, na procura dunha amable continuidade \u00e9 un deber por encima, en ocasi\u00f3ns, do espectacular ou o extravagante. Da tensi\u00f3n dialogante entre os novos modos urbanos e a segura persistencia de edificaciones de menor tama\u00f1o, nace a proposta.<\/p>\n Completando a maz\u00e1 existente intentouse manter un di\u00e1logo sereno coas edificaciones pr\u00f3ximas: por unha banda un veci\u00f1o medianero, sen car\u00e1cter e cunha altura excesiva, obrigaba a atopar unha estratexia que dese certa continuidade en altura, por outro, a conservaci\u00f3n de edificaciones exentas e moi pr\u00f3ximas \u00e1s que a proposta merec\u00eda certa consideraci\u00f3n. \u00c9 por iso que se empregaron alineaciones, a cornisa, e os ritmos dos ocos para articular esas fachadas suxerindo alturas e densidades materiais diferentes.<\/p>\n Recorreuse \u00e1 soluci\u00f3n tradicional no vecindario das contraventanas para illar os ocos da luz e ru\u00eddo, ademais de procurar unha pechadura segura nos meses en que a casa non se atopase habitada.<\/p>\n A fachada, resolveuse cun modesto ladrillo disposto coa l\u00f3xica constructiva que leva impl\u00edcita a s\u00faa colocaci\u00f3n a sardinel. Trat\u00e1base, para todos os efectos, dunha pechadura, m\u00e1is que dar idea dun falso muro de carga. Atopouse que o aparello que tradicionalmente contrib\u00fae \u00e1 traba, \u00e9 \u00e1 s\u00faa vez un obst\u00e1culo para o entendemento dun muro que apenas xa funciona no seu sentido estructural. Sobre todo dentro dunha l\u00f3xica constructiva que afai traballar en relaci\u00f3n \u00e1s forzas da gravidade con soportes e forxados. Esta soluci\u00f3n, en absoluto novedosa e cunha tradici\u00f3n constructiva moi propia dos anos setenta, po\u00f1\u00eda con todo en valor o propio ladrillo como peza b\u00e1sica e modesta da fachada.<\/p>\n O mostrar cada unha das pezas cer\u00e1micas nunha matriz, contribu\u00edndo coa s\u00faa individualidade e non coa s\u00faa trabaz\u00f3n, criamos, axudaba a evitar esta problem\u00e1tica. Pezas soltas, en filas e columnas como individuos \u00fanicos, sen traba, coloc\u00e1ronse apenas unidos entre si por chaves met\u00e1licas que fac\u00edan as veces de aparello invisible. Nesa trama cer\u00e1mica, case abstracta, os ocos de iluminaci\u00f3n, tangentes polos seus v\u00e9rtices, contribu\u00edan a reforzar esa idea anti-gravitartoria. Non se trataba e non se mostra como un muro pesado sen\u00f3n como unha plementer\u00eda coa s\u00faa propia l\u00f3xica e sentido. Algo que se poder\u00eda percibir ata desde o seu planeidad, ata como linguaxe constructivo.<\/p>\n As dimensi\u00f3ns verticais dos ocos, e a s\u00faa aparente desorde, intentaban establecer conexi\u00f3ns coas fachadas veci\u00f1as tanto presentes como por vir, xunto cun bo ritmo da r\u00faa. Ese vibrato logrado mediante as disposici\u00f3ns de ocos e macizos non buscaba outra cousa que certo sentido de bo vecindario.
