<\/a><\/p>\nEl edificio parte de la propuesta presentada a un concurso p\u00fablico de anteproyectos con intervenci\u00f3n de jurado, convocado en 2004, por el Ayuntamiento de Toro. Nuestra propuesta busca incorporar a la ciudad una nueva pieza que, asumiendo la imagen representativa que debe transmitir el edificio en funci\u00f3n de su car\u00e1cter p\u00fablico, sea capaz de integrarse con dignidad y, en la medida de lo posible, pasar a formar parte del extraordinario patrimonio arquitect\u00f3nico de la ciudad. Y ello, no en condiciones de protagonismo excesivo, antes bien, asumiendo con naturalidad las sugerencias de un entorno rico y cargado de historia.<\/p>\n
De esta manera, la piscina municipal quiere ser un edificio austero que, sin renunciar al lenguaje que le es propio a la arquitectura de nuestro tiempo, sepa dar continuidad expresiva al legado patrimonial de Toro. La particularidad del dise\u00f1o de la piscina radica en el especial protagonismo que adquiere el uso de la tierra en su construcci\u00f3n, conformando su imagen representativa. La escala y disposici\u00f3n del edificio, as\u00ed como la textura de los muros y su color, aunque libres de elementos ornamentales, siguen pautas compositivas presentes en la arquitectura monumental de Toro.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s de las l\u00f3gicas que presiden la elecci\u00f3n del sistema de estructura-cerramiento atendiendo a aspectos de tradici\u00f3n, textura, color, etc., entendemos que el tapial es un material altamente aconsejable en virtud de sus caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas \u2013 solidez, inercia, permeabilidad, textura \u2013, de econom\u00eda de material, facilidad de puesta en obra y sostenibilidad medioambiental.<\/p>\n
Conceptualmente, la piscina se configura en una envolvente de tapial de 60 cent\u00edmetros de espesor que caracteriza el espacio interior y exterior y sobre la que emergen las cubiertas de los vol\u00famenes de vestuarios. El edificio se apoya en unos lindes existentes, que forman una l\u00ednea quebrada en la parte posterior del mismo, y se adapta rigurosamente a la parcela disponible, de forma sensiblemente alargada en direcci\u00f3n norte-sur y b\u00e1sicamente asimilable a dos trapezoides ligeramente desplazados y unidos por sus testeros. Los requerimientos dimensionales para la ubicaci\u00f3n del vaso de piscina \u2013 de dimensiones 25 por 12,5 metros \u2013 son muy estrictos y vienen definidos por la normativa auton\u00f3mica que establece, asimismo, un ancho m\u00ednimo para la playa que rodea el vaso. En estas circunstancias no cabe otra posibilidad que ubicarlo en el mayor de esos dos trapezoides, el situado en el extremo sur, dot\u00e1ndolo del mayor volumen para un correcto desahogo del espacio interior.<\/p>\n
En el volumen norte se ubica la pr\u00e1ctica totalidad del resto de los servicios inherentes y complementarios al uso de la piscina, y que, b\u00e1sicamente, consisten en aseos y vestuarios \u2013 masculinos y femeninos \u2013, \u00e1reas de instalaciones, salas de gimnasia y musculaci\u00f3n, zonas de tr\u00e1nsito y servicio, control y gesti\u00f3n y cafeter\u00eda. Se ha querido evidenciar la presencia al exterior de los dos cuerpos que albergan los vestuarios asomando sus cubiertas \u2013 inclinadas a un agua \u2013 sobre el muro de cerramiento. De esta manera, dichas cubiertas, orientadas al sur y con una pendiente id\u00f3nea, se utilizan para disponer sobre ellas los paneles solares que contribuir\u00e1n al ahorro energ\u00e9tico de la instalaci\u00f3n al producir agua caliente para el agua de la piscina y las duchas.<\/p>\n
El car\u00e1cter cerrado y severo que presenta el edificio al exterior contrasta con la imagen que aparece en cuanto se traspasa el umbral. Las diferentes zonas en que se divide el programa cuentan con iluminaci\u00f3n y ventilaci\u00f3n directa a trav\u00e9s de una serie de patios interiores que, adem\u00e1s, permiten el control visual de los recintos, haci\u00e9ndolos transparentes u opacos seg\u00fan convenga. Adem\u00e1s, facilitan el apoyo pasivo a la regulaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, permitiendo la ventilaci\u00f3n natural desde zonas de sombra. El recinto mayor, que contiene el vaso de piscina, ha de contar con un control estricto de sus condiciones higrot\u00e9rmicas, por lo que se reduce al m\u00ednimo el intercambio con otras zonas y se trata como un volumen aut\u00f3nomo con respecto al resto del complejo.<\/p>\n

It possesses the singularity of which his exterior walls have executed in rolled land (tapial), a traditional technology, typical of the zone, which had remained obsolete a lot of time behind. Across a meticulous investigation, it has been a question of recovering and put a day the above mentioned technology in a building tipol\u00f3gica and constructivly contemporary to propose a sustainable interesting as alternative solution to the conventional materials.<\/p>\n The building departs from the offer presented to a public contest of preliminary designs with juror’s intervention, summoned in 2004, for the Town hall of Bull. Our offer seeks to incorporate into the city a new piece that, assuming the representative image that must transmit the building depending on his public character, is capable of joining with dignity and, as far as possible, to happen to form a part of the extraordinary architectural heritage of the city. And it, not in conditions of excessive protagonism, before well, assuming with naturalness the suggestions of an environment rich and loaded with history.<\/p>\n Hereby, the municipal swimming pool wants to be an austere building that, without resigning the language that him is own to the architecture of our time, can give expressive continuity to the patrimonial legacy of Bull. The particularity of the design of the swimming pool takes root in the special protagonism that acquires the use of the land in his construction, shaping his representative image. The scale and disposition of the building, as well as the texture of the walls and his color, though you free of ornamental elements, they follow guidelines compositivas present in the monumental architecture of Bull.<\/p>\n Besides the logics that preside at the choice of the system of structure – closing attending to aspects of tradition, texture, color, etc., we understand that the tapial is a highly advisable material by virtue of his technical characteristics – solidity, inertia, permeability, texture-, of economy of material, facility of putting in work and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n Conceptual, the swimming pool is formed in the surrounding one of tapial of 60 centimeters of thickness that characterizes the interior and exterior space and on that they emerge the covers of the volumes of wardrobes. The building rests on a few existing boundaries, which form a broken line in the later part of the same one, and adapts rigorously to the available plot, of form sensitively lengthened in direction north – south and basically assimilably to two trapezoids lightly displaced and joined for his testeros. The dimensional requirements for the location of the glass of swimming pool – of dimensions 25 for 12,5 meters – are very strict and come defined by the autonomous regulation that establishes, likewise, a minimal width for the beach that surrounds the glass. In these circumstances it does not fit another possibility that to locate it in the major one of these two trapezoids, the placed one in the south end, it providing with the major volume for a correct alleviation of the interior space.<\/p>\n In the north volume there locates the practical totality of the rest of the inherent and complementary services to the use of the swimming pool, and that, basically, consist of bathrooms and wardrobes – masculine and feminine-, areas of facilities, rooms of gymnastics and musculaci\u00f3n, zones of traffic and service, control and management and cafeteria. The presence has wanted to be demonstrated on the outside of both bodies that shelter the wardrobes putting his covers out – inclined to a water – on the wall of closing. Hereby, the above mentioned covers, orientated in the southern part and with a suitable slope, are in use for arranging on them the solar panels that they will contribute to the energetic saving of the installation on having produced warm water for the water of the swimming pool and the showers.<\/p>\n The closed and severe character that presents the building on the outside contrasts with the image that appears in all that the threshold is penetrated. The different zones in which the program is divided rely on lighting and direct ventilation across a series of interior courts that, in addition, they allow the visual control of the enclosures, making them transparent or opaque as be convenient. In addition, they facilitate the passive support to the thermal regulation, allowing the natural ventilation from zones of shade. Os requerimientos dimensionales para a ubicaci\u00f3n do vaso de piscina \u2013 de dimensi\u00f3ns 25 por 12,5 metros \u2013 son moi estritos e ve\u00f1en definidos pola normativa auton\u00f3mica que establece, as\u00ed mesmo, un ancho m\u00ednimo para a praia que rodea o vaso. Nestas circunstancias non cabo outra posibilidade que situalo no maior deses dous trapezoides, o situado no extremo sur, dot\u00e1ndoo do maior volume para un correcto desafogo do espazo interior.<\/p>\n No volume norte sit\u00faase a pr\u00e1ctica totalidade do resto dos servizos inherentes e complementarios ao uso da piscina, e que, basicamente, consisten en aseos e vestuarios \u2013 masculinos e femininos \u2013, \u00e1reas de instalaci\u00f3ns, salas de gimnasia e musculaci\u00f3n, zonas de tr\u00e1nsito e servizo, control e xesti\u00f3n e cafeter\u00eda. Deste xeito, ditas cubertas, orientadas ao sur e cunha pendente id\u00f3nea, util\u00edzanse para dispo\u00f1er sobre elas os paneles solares que contribuir\u00e1n ao aforro energ\u00e9tico da instalaci\u00f3n ao producir auga quente para a auga da piscina e as duchas.<\/p>\n O car\u00e1cter pechado e severo que presenta o edificio ao exterior contrasta coa imaxe que aparece en canto trasp\u00e1sase o limiar. As diferentes zonas en que se divide o programa contan con iluminaci\u00f3n e ventilaci\u00f3n directa a trav\u00e9s dunha serie de patios interiores que, ademais, permiten o control visual dos recintos, fac\u00e9ndoos transparentes ou opacos segundo conve\u00f1a. Ademais, facilitan o apoio pasivo \u00e1 regulaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, permitindo a ventilaci\u00f3n natural desde zonas de sombra.
