EMBT es uno de los despachos de referencia de la ciudad de Barcelona y reconocido internacionalmente, despu\u00e9s del \u00e9xito del Pabell\u00f3n de Espa\u00f1a en Shanghai, el despacho dirigido por la arquitecta italiano-catalana Benedetta Tagliabue trabaja en numerosos proyectos en China como la plaza y museo del comic y la animaci\u00f3n en Hangzhou, el museo Zhang da Qian en Neijang por el que ha recibido el premio WAF de futuros proyectos y el Campus de la Fundan University School of Management en Shanghai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las jornadas de puertas abiertas son una buena ocasi\u00f3n para conocer de primera mano tanto la ESARQ (la Junta, el cuerpo docente, los alumnos), el proyecto docente de la ESARQ_UIC y el trabajo de uno de los despachos de arquitectura m\u00e1s internacionales de Barcelona fuera de nuestras fronteras.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/vg-benetagliabue-02-low.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"vg-benetagliabue-02-low\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/vg-benetagliabue-02-low.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"914\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\">Benedetta Tagliabue, fotografiada en su despacho de Barcelona | Vicens Gimenez<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tagliabue, Benedetta.<\/strong> (Mil\u00e1n, Italia, 24\/06\/1963). Arquitecta. Titulada por el Istituto Universitario de Architettura di Venecia (IUAV), complet\u00f3 sus estudios en Nueva York y en 1989 se instal\u00f3 en Barcelona, donde a\u00fan reside. En 1991 se asocia con Enric Miralles, con quien funda el estudio Miralles Tagliabue EMBT, que ha dise\u00f1ado proyectos en China, Alemania, Inglaterra u Holanda, entre otros muchos pa\u00edses. Sus obras han recibido numerosos premios; el \u00faltimo, la menci\u00f3n honor\u00edfica vitalicia que suponen los Internacional Fellowship, otorgados por el Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) en su edici\u00f3n de 2010. En la actualidad compatibiliza su labor profesional con la docencia en numerosas universidades y escuelas internacionales, como Columbia University y Harvard.
