\nSe trata de convertir la limitaci\u00f3n inicial en la raz\u00f3n de ser del proyecto. la estrecha banda edificable de menos de cinco metros se convertir\u00e1 en el recurso articulador del programa que se situar\u00e1 en torno a ella. de esta forma se plantea una cubierta lineal de zinc que se deformar\u00e1 y plegar\u00e1 para construir la vivienda, la farmacia y los espacios intermedios, permitiendo la separaci\u00f3n y a su vez la
\nvinculaci\u00f3n formal y funcional de sus dos programas.<\/p>\n
\nLa ejecuci\u00f3n se plantea en dos fases. en primer lugar se construir\u00e1 el volumen de farmacia dada la urgencia de la tramitaci\u00f3n de dicho proyecto.
