Durante los meses de marzo de los a\u00f1os 2003, 2006 y 2009 tuvieron lugar en la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Porto, el 1er, 2\u00ba y 3er Congresos de Patolog\u00eda y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Edificios<\/strong> \u2013 PATORREB<\/strong> \u2013 que reunieron a m\u00e1s de 600 participantes entre profesores, investigadores, estudiantes, constructores, proyectistas, ingenieros y otros profesionales. Constatado el \u00e9xito e inter\u00e9s despertado por las anteriores convocatorias, y continuando la l\u00ednea de impulso a la divulgaci\u00f3n y sistematizaci\u00f3n del conocimiento de estos temas, nace el 4\u00ba Congreso de Patolog\u00eda y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Edificios, PATORREB 2012<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Buscando una progresiva internacionalizaci\u00f3n, se traslada a la ciudad de Santiago de Compostela<\/strong>, para afianzar y enriquecer el intercambio t\u00e9cnico-cient\u00edfico entre Espa\u00f1a, Portugal y Am\u00e9rica latina. La organizaci\u00f3n es conjunta entre el Colexio Oficial de Arquitectos de Galicia<\/strong>, el Concello de Santiago de Compostela<\/strong>, la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Porto (FEUP.UP), la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Catalu\u00f1a (UPC), la Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de A Coru\u00f1a (ETSAC) y la Conseller\u00eda de Medio ambiente, Territorio e Infraestructuras de la Xunta de Galicia.<\/p>\n

El punto de partida ser\u00e1 una reflexi\u00f3n sobre la patolog\u00eda de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> y sus m\u00faltiples \u00e1mbitos espec\u00edficos, y c\u00f3mo se combinan \u00e9stos con la rehabilitaci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica. Se ampl\u00edan los temas presentados en ediciones anteriores y se introducen nuevos puntos de vista, ofreciendo un perfil m\u00e1s abierto del congreso para la participaci\u00f3n de diferentes profesionales vinculados al mundo de la edificaci\u00f3n y el urbanismo (arquitectos, ingenieros, etc.).<\/p>\n

Entendemos que la rehabilitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> no ha de referirse s\u00f3lo al patrimonio monumental, sino que tambi\u00e9n debe abarcar todo el patrimonio edificado, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en aquellos edificios que necesitan adaptar sus condiciones de uso y habitabilidad a los requerimientos y exigencias actuales. Todas estas cuestiones se enfocar\u00e1n con la mirada puesta en los \u00faltimos avances de la investigaci\u00f3n y la ejecuci\u00f3n, mediante propuestas que traten las estrategias para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n, las metodolog\u00edas de diagnosis, dictamen y proyecto, la adecuaci\u00f3n a la normativa vigente, la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos y sus infraestructuras, la adaptaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, el refuerzo de estructuras, la eficiencia de las instalaciones, las t\u00e9cnicas de reparaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el an\u00e1lisis de casos concretos de proyectos y obras rehabilitadas.<\/p>\n

During March of the year 2003, 2006 and 2009 they took place in the Faculty of Engineering of the University of I Carry, 1er, 2 \u00ba and 3er Congresses of Pathology and Building rehabilitation – PATORREB – that assembled more than 600 participants between teachers, investigators, students, builders, designers, engineers and other professionals. Stated the success and interest woken up by the previous summons, and continuing the line of impulse to the spreading and systematizing of the knowledge of these topics, there is born 4 \u00ba Congress of Pathology and Rehabilitation of Buildings, PATORREB 2012.<\/p>\n

Looking for a progressive internationalization, it moves to the city of Santiago de Compostela, to guarantee and to enrich the exchange technician – scientist between Spain, Portugal and Latin America. The organization is joint between the Architects’ Colexio Oficial of Galicia, the Concello of Santiago de Compostela, the Faculty of Engineering of the University of I Carry (FEUP.UP), the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), the Technical Top School of Architecture of To Corunna (ETSAC) and the Conseller\u00eda of Environment, Territory and Infrastructures of the Autonomous government of Galicia of Galicia.<\/p>\n

The point of item will be a reflection on the pathology of the construction and his multiple specific areas, and how these combine with the architectural rehabilitation. There are extended the topics presented in previous editions and new points of view interfere, offering a profile more opened of the congress for the participation of different professionals linked to the world of the building and the urbanism (architects, engineers, etc.).<\/p>\n

We understand that the rehabilitation does not have to refer only to the monumental heritage, but also it must include the whole built-up heritage, emphasizing in those buildings that need to adapt his conditions of use and habitability to the requirements and current requirements. All these questions will focus with the look put in the last advances of the investigation and the execution, by means of offers that they should treat the strategies for the rehabilitation, the methodologies of diagnostics, opinion and project, the adequacy to the in force regulation, the recovery of public spaces and his infrastructures, the energetic adjustment, the reinforcement of structures, the efficiency of the facilities, the technologies of repair, as well as the analysis of concrete cases of projects and rehabilitated works.<\/p>\n
