{"id":16742,"date":"2011-10-06T06:00:38","date_gmt":"2011-10-06T04:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/?p=16742"},"modified":"2020-05-15T17:18:16","modified_gmt":"2020-05-15T15:18:16","slug":"edificio-de-control-ccs-alberto-martinez-pardo-puerto-exterior-de-ferrol-diazdiazdesmonts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/edificio-de-control-ccs-alberto-martinez-pardo-puerto-exterior-de-ferrol-diazdiazdesmonts\/","title":{"rendered":"Edificio de Control CCS \u201cAlberto Mart\u00ednez Pardo\u201d | D\u00edaz+D\u00edaz+Desmonts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El edificio es como la proa de un buque dispuesto a levar anclas y a zarpar, sobre el martillo del dique principal del puerto exterior de Ferrol, abierto a las vistas de la r\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para dar respuesta a este reto paisaj\u00edstico se recurre a un repertorio formal basado en vol\u00famenes puros que, por un lado, se integran en la geometr\u00eda del propio dique y, por otro, se remiten a las formas propias de la arquitectura naval.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el punto de vista funcional, el edificio acoge el programa de usos planteado por la Autoridad Portuaria, permitiendo desde sus plantas altas la vista perimetral total del Puerto y de la r\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un sistema de rampas exteriores permite salvar la diferencia de cotas entre los espaldones del dique y acceder a la cubierta transitable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/DiazDiaz_img_01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-16743\" title=\"DiazDiaz_img_01\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/DiazDiaz_img_01-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/DiazDiaz_img_01-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/DiazDiaz_img_01-145x95.jpg 145w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En consecuencia, los objetivos prioritarios que se persiguen con la soluci\u00f3n adoptada son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">a) Singularidad y representatividad. El edificio debe convertirse, dentro del Puerto Exterior, en un hito y foco de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">b) Funcionalidad y flexibilidad. Tanto en la concepci\u00f3n del espacio como en el dise\u00f1o de la estructura y las instalaciones, se ha buscado que el edificio sea vers\u00e1til y adaptable a los cambios que en el futuro sean necesarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">c) Edificio inteligente y arquitectura \u201chigh tech\u201d. Aportar las \u00faltimas innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, tanto en materiales como, sobre todo, en instalaciones, configurando as\u00ed un \u201cedificio inteligente\u201d y situ\u00e1ndonos dentro de lo que se conoce como arquitectura \u201chigh tech\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">d) Econom\u00eda, Mantenimiento, Explotaci\u00f3n. Conseguir una inversi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica a largo plazo por su calidad constructiva y sencillez de dise\u00f1o, con gastos de mantenimiento y explotaci\u00f3n reducidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para conseguir los citados objetivos, se han adoptado los siguientes criterios b\u00e1sicos de dise\u00f1o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">1. El edificio como contenedor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">2. Diafanidad y transparencia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">3.
