Revitalizaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de barrios\u201d, se enmarca en el \u00e1mbito de los eventos preparatorios del Congreso\u00a0Mundial sobre Sostenibilidad en la Edificaci\u00f3n, SB2011 Helsinki.<\/span> El Congreso\u00a0<strong>SB10mad <\/strong>se orienta especialmente al \u00e1rea del Mediterr\u00e1neo por entender que comparte una serie de rasgos comunes -tanto clim\u00e1ticos y tecnol\u00f3gicos como hist\u00f3ricos y sociales- que merecen generar una visi\u00f3n propia dentro de un necesario cambio global. Asimismo, el \u00e1rea del Mediterr\u00e1neo es un espacio compartido entre pa\u00edses con diferente grado de desarrollo y, por tanto, diferentes problemas y necesidades que deben ser considerados y articularse en la definici\u00f3n de cualquiera de las posibles respuestas frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico. Revitalization and Rehabilitation of districts\u00a0\u00ab<\/strong>, is one of the preparatory events of the\u00a0World Sustainable Building Conference, SB2011 Helsinki. The <strong>SB10mad<\/strong> Conference is specially focussed on the Mediterranean area since it shares a series of common features,\u00a0climatic and technological as well as historical and social, that deserve a particular\u00a0vision within a necessary global change. In addition, the Mediterranean area is a space shared by countries with different degrees of development and, therefore, different problems and needs, that must be considered and articulated in the definition of\u00a0any possible response against\u00a0climate change.
