Convocados los Premios G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n para proyectos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura tradicional gallega. Las dos modalidades disteis premios \u201cedificaciones tradicionales rehabilitadas o restauradas\u201d y \u201cconstrucciones adjetivas rehabilitadas o reconstruidas\u201d pretenden estimular la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del habitat tradicional gallego y contribuir de este modo a la recuperaci\u00f3n del paisaje y n\u00facleos rurales de Galicia.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

1.-<\/strong> Podr\u00e1 concurrir al \u201cPremio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d cualquier persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica redactora del proyecto de alguna construcci\u00f3n tradicional o construcci\u00f3n adjetiva reformada o rehabilitada en Galicia.<\/p>\n

2.-<\/strong> Es condici\u00f3n indispensable que tanto los dise\u00f1os como los materiales empleados y dem\u00e1s caracter\u00edsticas de las edificaciones y construcciones presentadas a concurso est\u00e9n en consonancia con el entorno, y guarden relaci\u00f3n con la arquitectura tradicional de la comarca.<\/p>\n

3.-<\/strong> Se admitir\u00e1n \u00fanicamente aquellos proyectos que est\u00e9n totalmente acabados y que cuenten con licencia municipal debidamente legalizada.<\/p>\n

4.-<\/strong> El \u201cPremio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d comprende dos modalidades:
\nla) Edificaciones tradicionales rehabilitadas o restauradas, dotado con 2.000 \u20ac
\nb) Construcciones adjetivas (h\u00f3rreos, palomares, mui\u00f1os\u2026) rehabilitados o reconstruidos, dotado 1.000 \u20ac.
\nEstos importes estar\u00e1n sujetos a la legislaci\u00f3n fiscal vigente.<\/p>\n

5.-<\/strong> La Asociaci\u00f3n conceder\u00e1 anualmente la medalla de plata de la Asociaci\u00f3n a una personalidad, p\u00fablica o personal, que se haya destacado por la promoci\u00f3n y defensa del patrimonio material o paisaj\u00edstico de Galicia.<\/p>\n

6.-<\/strong> Las personas, instituciones o entidades interesadas en participar en la convocatoria del \u201cPremio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d, deber\u00e1n aportar la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:
\n1. Reportaje fotogr\u00e1fico de la construcci\u00f3n y ubicaci\u00f3n de la misma, as\u00ed como cualquiera otra documentaci\u00f3n que consideren oportuna (planos, proyectos t\u00e9cnicos, etc…).
\n2. Fotocopia de la licencia de obra municipal expedida por el ayuntamiento correspondiente.
\n3. Datos del propietario o propietarios del inmueble:
\nla) nombre y apellidos
\nb) direcci\u00f3n postal
\nc) n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono
\nd) correo electr\u00f3nico<\/p>\n

7.-<\/strong> La dicha documentaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 enviarse a la sed de la Asociaci\u00f3n Amigos del Castelo de Maceda SETESTRELO antes de las 12 horas del d\u00eda 17 de septiembre de 2011, indicando en el sobre que contenga la documentaci\u00f3n a siguiente leyenda: \u201cPropuesta para el Premio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d, as\u00ed como la modalidad a la que concurre.

\nSe admitir\u00e1n, igualmente, envios a trav\u00e9s del correo electr\u00f3nico.

8.- <\/strong>Un jurado de reconocido prestigio se reunir\u00e1 el d\u00eda 17 de septiembre de 2011 para evaluar las propuestas que se presenten. Asi mismo, tendr\u00e1 potestad para la interpretaci\u00f3n de las presentes bases, poidendo declarar desierto el premio que considere oportuno.<\/strong><\/p>\n

9.-<\/strong> Una vez emitida y divulgada la decisi\u00f3n del jurado de los \u201cPremios Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d se entregar\u00e1n en acto p\u00fablico que se celebrar\u00e1 en el Castelo de Maceda el d\u00eda 15 de octubre de 2011 a las 12,30 horas de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n

10.-<\/strong> La Asociaci\u00f3n Amigos del Castelo de Maceda \u201cSetestrelo\u201d se reserva el derecho de utilizar cuantas veces estime oportuna, la imagen y el nombre de los inmuebles galardonados, sin que eso d\u00e9 lugar a pago adicional ninguno, siendo la cuant\u00eda de los premios a \u00fanica y total remuneraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

11.-<\/strong> Las construcciones premiadas no podr\u00e1n participar en sucesivas convocatorias del \u201cPremio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d.<\/p>\n

12.-<\/strong> La documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente a los inmuebles no premiados podr\u00e1 ser retirada por sus propietarios en la sed de la Asociaci\u00f3n en el plazo m\u00e1ximo de dos meses a partir de la fecha del acto de entrega p\u00fablica de los premios. Posteriormente, la documentaci\u00f3n que no fuera retirada, se destruir\u00e1.<\/p>\n

13.-<\/strong> La participaci\u00f3n en este concurso lleva impl\u00edcita la aceptaci\u00f3n de las presentes bases.<\/p>\n

Convocados os Premios G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n para proxectos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n da arquitectura tradicional galega. As d\u00faas modalidades destes premios\u00a0 \u201cedificaci\u00f3ns tradicionais rehabilitadas ou restauradas\u201d e \u201cconstruci\u00f3ns adxectivas rehabilitadas ou reconstruidas\u201d pretenden estimular a rehabilitaci\u00f3n do habitat tradicional galego e contribu\u00edr deste xeito \u00e1 recuperaci\u00f3n da paisaxe e n\u00facleos rurais de Galicia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>– Poder\u00e1 concorrer ao \u201cPremio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d calquera persoa f\u00edsica ou xur\u00eddica redactora do proxecto dalgunha construci\u00f3n tradicional ou construci\u00f3n adxectiva reformada ou rehabilitada en Galicia.<\/p>\n

2.-<\/strong> \u00c9 condici\u00f3n indispensable que tanto os dese\u00f1os como os materiais empregados e demais caracter\u00edsticas das edificaci\u00f3ns e construci\u00f3ns presentadas a concurso estean en consonancia coa contorna, e garden relaci\u00f3n coa arquitectura tradicional da comarca.<\/p>\n

3.- <\/strong>Admitiranse unicamente aqueles proxectos que estean totalmente rematados e que conten con licenza municipal\u00a0 debidamente legalizada.<\/p>\n

4.-<\/strong> O \u201cPremio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d comprende d\u00faas modalidades:<\/p>\n

a) Edificaci\u00f3ns\u00a0 tradicionais rehabilitadas ou restauradas, dotado con 2.000 \u20ac<\/p>\n

b) Construci\u00f3ns adxectivas (h\u00f3rreos, pombais, mui\u00f1os\u2026) rehabilitados ou reconstru\u00eddos, dotado 1.000 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

Estes importes estar\u00e1n suxeitos \u00e1 lexislaci\u00f3n fiscal vixente.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.-<\/strong> A Asociaci\u00f3n conceder\u00e1 anualmente a medalla de prata da Asociaci\u00f3n a unha personalidade, p\u00fablica ou privada, que se\u00a0 te\u00f1a salientado pola promoci\u00f3n e defensa do patrimonio material ou paisax\u00edstico de Galicia.<\/p>\n

6.-<\/strong> As persoas, instituci\u00f3ns ou entidades interesadas en participaren na convocatoria do\u00a0 \u201cPremio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d, deber\u00e1n aportar a seguinte documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

1. Reportaxe fotogr\u00e1fica da construci\u00f3n e ubicaci\u00f3n da mesma, as\u00ed como calquera outra documentaci\u00f3n que consideren oportuna (planos, proxectos t\u00e9cnicos, etc…).<\/p>\n

7.- <\/strong>A devandita documentaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 enviarse \u00e1 sede da Asociaci\u00f3n Amigos do Castelo de Maceda\u00a0 SETESTRELO antes das 12 horas do d\u00eda 17 de setembro de 2011, indicando no sobre que conte\u00f1a a documentaci\u00f3n a seguinte lenda: \u201cProposta para o Premio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d, as\u00ed como a modalidade \u00e1 que concorre.<\/p>\n

8.-<\/strong> Un xurado de reco\u00f1ecido prestixio reunirase o d\u00eda 17 de setembro de 2011 para avaliar as propostas que se presenten.<\/p>\n

Asemade, ter\u00e1 potestade para a interpretaci\u00f3n das presentes bases, poidendo declarar deserto o premio que considere oportuno.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

10.-<\/strong> A Asociaci\u00f3n Amigos do Castelo de Maceda \u201cSetestrelo\u201d res\u00e9rvase o dereito de utilizar cantas veces estime oportuna, a imaxe e o nome dos inmobles galardoados, sen que iso dea lugar a pagamento adicional ning\u00fan, sendo a cont\u00eda dos premios a \u00fanica e total remuneraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

11.- <\/strong>As construci\u00f3ns premiadas non poder\u00e1n participar en sucesivas convocatorias do \u201cPremio Manuel G\u00f3mez Rom\u00e1n\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

12.-<\/strong> A documentaci\u00f3n correspondente aos inmobles non premiados poder\u00e1 ser retirada polos seus propietarios na sede da Asociaci\u00f3n no prazo m\u00e1ximo de dous meses a partir da data do acto de entrega p\u00fablica dos premios. Posteriormente, a documentaci\u00f3n que non fose retirada, destruirase.<\/strong><\/p>\n

13.-<\/strong> A participaci\u00f3n neste concurso leva impl\u00edcita a aceptaci\u00f3n das presentes bases.<\/p>\n

1.-<\/strong>Manuel G\u00f3mez Roman will be able to meet to the \u00bb Prize \u00bb any natural person or juridical editor of the project of some traditional construction or adjectival construction reformed or rehabilitated in Galicia.<\/p>\n

2.-<\/strong>It is an indispensable condition that so much the designs like the used materials and other characteristics of the buildings and constructions presented to contest are in agreement with the environment, and guard relation with the traditional architecture of the region.<\/p>\n

3.-<\/strong>Will be admitted only those projects that should be totally finished and that should possess municipal due legalized license.<\/p>\n

4.-<\/strong>The \u00bb Prize Manuel G\u00f3mez Roman \u00bb understands two modalities:<\/p>\n

Her) traditional Buildings rehabilitated or restored, endowed with 2.000 \u20ac<\/p>\n

b) Adjectival constructions (barns, dovecots, mui\u00f1os \u2026) rehabilitated or reconstructed, endowed 1.000 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

These amounts will be subject to the fiscal in force legislation.<\/p>\n

5.-<\/strong>The Association will grant anually the medal of silver of the Association to a personality, public or personal, that has been outlined for the promotion and defense of the material or landscape heritage of Galicia.<\/p>\n

6.-<\/strong>The persons, institutions or entities interested in Manuel G\u00f3mez Roman takes part in the summons of the \u00bb Prize \u00ab, will have to contribute the following documentation:<\/p>\n

1. Photographic article of the construction and location of the same one, as well as anyone another documentation that they consider to be opportune (planes, technical projects, etc …).<\/p>\n

2. Photocopy of the license of municipal work sent by the corresponding town hall.<\/p>\n

3. Information of the owner or owners of the building:<\/p>\n

12.-<\/strong>The documentation corresponding to the not winning real estate will be able to be withdrawn by his owners in the thirst of the Association in the maximum space of two months from the date of the act of public delivery of the prizes.
