Jo\u00e3o Batista Vilanova Artigas<!--:-->"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:es--><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Construida en el mismo terreno que la primera residencia del arquitecto (1942), la casa est\u00e1 situada al fondo del solar, dentro de un jard\u00edn. Concebida como un volumen lineal, presenta una cubierta inclinada a dos aguas hacia dentro que genera una gran altura libre en la sala de estar y una segunda planta en el extremo del edificio, donde se ubic\u00f3 un estudio. Apoyado sobre pilotis, este espacio vidriado cubre una peque\u00f1a terraza que realiza una transici\u00f3n sutil entre los espacios interiores y los exteriores de la casa. Inspirado en la levedad a\u00e9rea de la arquitectura carioca, este proyecto mantiene, sin embargo, algunas de las referencias wrightianas de la primera casa, como la obra de f\u00e1brica de ladrillo visto, y la organizaci\u00f3n de la convivencia en torno a centros generadores de calor, como la chimenea y la cocina. Apoiado sobre pilotis, este espazo vidriado cobre unha pequena terraza que realiza unha transici\u00f3n sutil entre os espazos interiores e os exteriores da casa. Concebida as a linear volume, presents a cover inclined to two waters inside that generates a great vertical clearance in the room of being and the second plant in the end of the building, where a study was located. Supported on pilotis, this glazed space covers a small terrace that realizes a subtle transition between the interior spaces and the exteriors of the house. Inspired by the air levity of the architecture carioca, this project supports, nevertheless, some of the references wrightianas of the first house, as the work of factory of seen brick, and the organization of the conviviality concerning generating centers of heat, as the chimney and the kitchen.
