Introducci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente la \u2018sostenibilidad\u2019 comparte muchas atributos divinos con Dios: ser supremo,\u00a0 omnipotente, omnipresente, y omnisciente; creador y juez, protector, y (\u2026) salvador del universo y de la humanidad. Y al igual que Dios, cuenta con millones de creyentes. Como nosotros, los humanos, somos seres simples y desconfiados y necesitamos de im\u00e1genes para poder afirmar nuestras creencias, el <em>Verde<\/em> (lo Eco, lo <em>Green<\/em>), se nos ha aparecido para personificar la sostenibilidad, para convertirse en su encarnaci\u00f3n en el mundo real. Pero puede que la sostenibilidad, al igual que Dios, no tenga una forma concreta, ni siquiera un color\u2026<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/24815202\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Emancipaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.1<\/strong> La palabra \u2018sostenibilidad\u2019 ha sido maltratada, insultada y sometida a todo tipo de vejaciones por parte de arquitectos, pol\u00edticos, publicistas\u2026 en general, por todo el mundo. Mira alrededor\u2026 fachadas verdes, McDonald&#8217;s verdes, miles de productos, Eco, particiones verdes, publicidad verde, p\u00e1ginas Web Eco, escaparate verdes\u2026 La ciudad <em>Verde<\/em> ya est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Funci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2.1<\/strong> Si los edificios ic\u00f3nicos simplemente ten\u00edan que ser <em>ic\u00f3nicos<\/em>, los edificios verdes simplemente han de ser <em>Verdes<\/em>. No puede ser m\u00e1s superficial: el <em>Verde<\/em> como funci\u00f3n. El <em>Verde<\/em> permite que la sostenibilidad pueda comprarse por metro cuadrado, pueda pintarse en una pared, o pegarse a un muro. Hasta podr\u00eda entenderse como un proceso accesible, democr\u00e1tico\u2026; al igual que una imitaci\u00f3n de un bolso de Prada permite a muchas mas mujeres acercarse a la sensaci\u00f3n <em>Prada<\/em> y llevar su estatus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2.3<\/strong> El archirepetido pretexto excusando la sobredosis <em>de Verdes, Ecos y Nature-friendly\u2019s<\/em> alegando que \u2018por lo menos la gente se conciencia de la sostenibilidad\u2019 ha hecho efecto, si el efecto se considera sacar tajada del asunto: la productos <em>Verdes <\/em>suben en \u00edndice de ventas, los jurados de concursos se emocionan al leer las historias Eco-\u00e9picas de los proyectos, y los pol\u00edticos saben que apostando por el <em>Verde<\/em> obtendr\u00e1n mas simpatizantes. Pero <em>el Verde<\/em> ha conseguido desviar la atenci\u00f3n de lo que realmente importa. Eco-demagogia impecable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2.4<\/strong> Si todas las propuestas y visiones para el futuro de la ciudad y los concursos de arquitectura ganado bajo los efectos del <em>Verde<\/em> se ejecutaran, la ciudad se transformar\u00eda en una versi\u00f3n sofisticada del estado actual de la Zona muerta de Chern\u00f3bil. Estilo<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3.1<\/strong> Movimiento Moderno, Postmodernismo, Deconstructivismo\u2026 Definitivamente nos encontramos ahora en el <em>Sostenibilismo<\/em>. A diferencia de los estilos anteriores, todos los arquitectos puedes ser <em>Sostenibilistas<\/em>: los vanguardistas, los comerciales, los j\u00f3venes, los establecidos\u2026 Adem\u00e1s el Sostenibilismo no es un estilo exclusivo y puede ser combinado con los otros estilos: Eco-Deconstructivismo, Green-Postmodernismo\u2026 Es EL estilo democr\u00e1tico. Las revistas de arquitectura y los folletos comerciales han encontrado por fin un lenguaje com\u00fan: el <em>Verde<\/em>. El <em>Verde<\/em> es tambi\u00e9n el punto com\u00fan entre el arquitecto, el cliente, el promotor, y el usuario. El <em>Verde <\/em>elimina las discrepancias. Es fant\u00e1stico, es el salvador de la Torre de Babel. Finalmente podremos alcanzar los Cielos. Por primera vez nos encontramos ante un verdadero Estilo Internacional; desde Madrid, a Copenhague, pasando por Dallas o Estambul. El <em>Sostenibilismo<\/em> es tan superior que funciona en cualquier lugar; es el estilo ganador, el campe\u00f3n global, -aunque precisamente este hecho le hace terriblemente insostenible. A diferencia de los otros estilos \u2013imagina una ciudad dise\u00f1ada totalmente desde el Deconstructivismo&#8230;- es posible construir una ciudad entera a lo <em>Sostenibilista<\/em>. Puede existir en cualquier sitio y a cualquier escala: desde un rascacielos, hasta una vivienda individual, o un interior; todo vale. Religi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4.1<\/strong> El <em>Verde<\/em> funciona como la fe. La Iglesia cat\u00f3lica pronto a\u00f1adir\u00e1 <em>San Verde<\/em> (o San Eco) a su santoral. <em>San Verde <\/em>protege a los arquitectos verdes y les gu\u00eda en la direcci\u00f3n sostenible. Cuanto mas culpables seamos, mas <em>Verde<\/em> lo intentamos. La apariencia <em>Eco\/Verde<\/em> es indirectamente proporcional a sus logros sostenibles. El <em>Verde<\/em> ha conseguido reducir todo lo que importa a un solo problema, y a una sola soluci\u00f3n: <em>Verde<\/em>. El <em>Verde<\/em> es capaz de absolver todos nuestros pecados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4.5<\/strong> El <em>Verde <\/em>es doblemente milagroso. Como si pretendi\u00e9ramos curar el c\u00e1ncer con aspirinas, el <em>Verde <\/em>funciona como f\u00f3rmula prodigiosa que convierte en sostenible todo lo que toca. Adem\u00e1s puede camuflar los dise\u00f1os m\u00e1s desafortunados. \u2018De noche todos los gatos son pardos\u2019. Una fachada <em>Verde<\/em> fea ser\u00e1 siempre mejor aceptada que un edificio feo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4.6<\/strong> El <em>Verde<\/em> es capaz de iluminarnos retroactivamente. Los arquitectos reescribimos nuestra historia de acuerdo a la sostenibilidad; lo que hicimos una vez con <em>sentido com\u00fan<\/em>, le podemos llamar ahora <em>sostenible<\/em>; de manera inconsciente ya estaban bajo los efectos del <em>Verde<\/em>\u2026 como verdaderos visionarios.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. Ambig\u00fcedad<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5.1<\/strong> Sin embargo el <em>Verde<\/em> esconde una dimensi\u00f3n perversa\u2026 Como en una pel\u00edcula de David Lynch, todo parece estar en perfecta calma, pero hay algo inquietante\u2026 pudri\u00e9ndose\u2026 Lo <em>Verde<\/em> es la mentira compartida, el consenso secreto, el crimen perfecto. Todos sabemos que no puede ser tan bueno, ni tan f\u00e1cil, pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 mas da? El <em>Verde<\/em> vende, y hay suficiente para todos. Pero esto parece no suponer un problema, siempre que el argumento sea <em>Verde<\/em>, porque a todo el mundo le gusta \u2013o ha de gustar- el <em>Verde<\/em>, y si no es as\u00ed, es que son seres humanos aberrantes.
