Junto a <a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/?s=Am%C3%A9d%C3%A9e+Ozenfant&amp;post_type=post\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Am\u00e9d\u00e9e Ozenfant<\/a> fund\u00f3 el movimiento denominado purismo, creando bodegones en los que combinaba el car\u00e1cter cient\u00edfico del cubismo con un sentido cl\u00e1sico de la armon\u00eda. Esta asociaci\u00f3n de modernidad y clasicismo se convirti\u00f3 en una constante de toda la obra de Le Corbusier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En los a\u00f1os veinte Le Corbusier escrib\u00eda en \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/monoskop.org\/images\/3\/39\/Le_Corbusier_Hacia_una_arquitectura.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hacia una Arquitectura<\/a>\u00bb (conjunto de textos considerados b\u00e1sicos para el Movimiento Moderno), dice en el, que el Gran Premio de Roma y la Villa M\u00e9dici eran el c\u00e1ncer de la arquitectura.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La <a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/coleccion-completa-de-la-revista-lesprit-nouveau-1920-25\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revista \u2018L\u2019Esprit Nouveau\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El libro publicado por primera vez en 1923 es una recopilaci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos que el autor escribiera para la <a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/coleccion-completa-de-la-revista-lesprit-nouveau-1920-25\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revista \u2018L\u2019Esprit Nouveau\u2019<\/a> que \u00e9l mismo fundara junto con Amad\u00e9e Ozenfant. En su libro reclamaba para la arquitectura el rigor compositivo de los templos cl\u00e1sicos al mismo tiempo que la generalizaci\u00f3n de un nuevo lenguaje basado en la est\u00e9tica de las m\u00e1quinas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el citado libro, Le Corbusier yuxtapone con brillantez fotograf\u00edas de templos cl\u00e1sicos con otras de autom\u00f3viles, afirmando que esos objetos fueron los que expresaron con mayor autenticidad sus respectivas \u00e9pocas.
