Existen una serie de conjuntos urbanos polic\u00e9ntricos formados por villas que establecen entre ellas m\u00faltiples relaciones y sinerxias y conforman espacios din\u00e1micos con una poblaci\u00f3n cuantitativamente equiparable a la de cualquier ciudad gallega de tama\u00f1o medio pero con unos v\u00ednculos con el territorio mucho m\u00e1s diversos. Son \u00a8ciudades subyacentes\u00a8, en formaci\u00f3n, con una \u00a8masa cr\u00edtica\u00a8 que permite grandes potencialidades para generar riqueza y servicios a los ciudadanos. \u00bfC\u00f3mo debemos de abordar desde el mundo de la arquitectura y de la planificaci\u00f3n del territorio estos espacios? \u00bfES factible una planificaci\u00f3n conjunta? Y en todo caso, \u00bfcon que nivel de intensidad? \u00bfconsorcios? \u00bfplanes supramunicipales? \u00bffusiones de ayuntamientos?<\/p>\n

They are \u00a8underlying cities\u00a8, in training, with a \u00a8critical mass\u00a8 that allows big potentialities to generate wealth and services to the citizens. How we owe to address from the world of the architecture and of the planning of the territory these spaces? It IS feasible a conjoint planning? And anyway, with that level of intensity? Consortiums?
