En estos \u00e1mbitos la arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea m\u00e1s comprometida trata de establecer nuevos v\u00ednculos con el contexto a trav\u00e9s de la actualizaci\u00f3n de la tradici\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante posiblemente demasiado tiempo los entornos rurales y las obras que se han desarrollado en estos lugares han pasado desapercibidas en el debate arquitect\u00f3nico. La grandiosidad de los fara\u00f3nicos proyectos de las metr\u00f3polis han arrastrado el debate te\u00f3rico hacia el hecho urbano. Su crecimiento, su sostenibilidad, las mega urbes o lo social son los problemas espec\u00edficos de la ciudad que han acaparado el discurso arquitect\u00f3nico. De alguna manera esta situaci\u00f3n ha alejado el debate de la cotidianeidad que supone en la pr\u00e1ctica proyectar una vivienda o un peque\u00f1o proyecto en un n\u00facleo rural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En estos contextos la arquitectura siempre ha tenido que luchar para proponer nuevas soluciones con un ambiente basado en la continuidad de una tradici\u00f3n, de unos modos de hacer que han dado lugar a las diferentes tipolog\u00edas de arquitectura tradicional y que impregnan de forma contundente el imaginario de los habitantes de estos entornos rurales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nadie puede criticar la arquitectura vernacular, una arquitectura cuya estructura interna ha sido construida durante siglos a trav\u00e9s de un proceso evolutivo, en el que las soluciones se han ido perfeccionando para adaptarse m\u00e1s y mejor a los condicionantes de un entorno determinado, hasta llegar a un estado en el que la arquitectura tradicional y su paisaje se confunden y se hacen indivisibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin lugar a dudas el problema actual de las obras que se construyen en el medio rural deriva de una mala interpretaci\u00f3n de esta identificaci\u00f3n entre una determinada arquitectura y su lugar. Esta din\u00e1mica ha colocado por delante de las claves, de los aciertos, de la esencia de la arquitectura tradicional su propia imagen, sin entender que la imagen es un resultado y no un m\u00e9todo de adecuaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura al lugar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea que act\u00faa en estos contextos tan cargados de memoria, lo existente es la realidad en la que se tiene que operar y desarrollar el proyecto. El proyecto necesita respetar los modos, las conclusiones alcanzadas por la tradici\u00f3n, para poder actualizarlas a un lenguaje y a una pr\u00e1ctica constructiva actual; esto supone mantener viva y en desarrollo la arquitectura del lugar y aportar un paso m\u00e1s al proceso evolutivo que gener\u00f3 esa arquitectura que hoy llamamos tradicional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En definitiva se trata de reajustar lo vernacular, se trata de leer las condiciones de entorno e integrarse en \u00e9l respetando los equilibrios del contexto. Se trata de un peque\u00f1o edificio que a pesar de su volumetr\u00eda n\u00edtida y de la modernidad de sus huecos incorpora sin ning\u00fan complejo la cubierta tradicional de lajas de piedra, insertando la nueva edificaci\u00f3n en el contexto y de esta forma continuando el paisaje. El nuevo edificio se incorpora a la iglesia existente formando junto con la antigua edificaci\u00f3n un nuevo conjunto que a pesar de la diferencia de edad entre ambas construcciones no es disonante, m\u00e1s bien todo lo contrario, podr\u00eda afirmarse que ambos vol\u00famenes hablan un lenguaje com\u00fan. Una peque\u00f1a plaza de acceso formalizada a medias por lo antiguo y lo nuevo sirve de acceso al ayuntamiento en el que los muros de piedra y la cubierta hablan del pasado mientras que sus dinteles y carpinterias hablan del tiempo presente. El proyecto trata as\u00ed de dotar al pueblo de unas nuevas instalaciones sin interrumpir su naturalidad. Dalg\u00fan xeito esta situaci\u00f3n afastou o debate da cotianeidade que sup\u00f3n na pr\u00e1ctica proxectar unha vivenda ou un pequeno proxecto nun n\u00facleo rural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nestes contextos a arquitectura sempre tivo que loitar para propo\u00f1er novas soluci\u00f3ns cun ambiente baseado na continuidade dunha tradici\u00f3n, duns modos de facer que deron lugar \u00e1s diferentes tipolox\u00edas de arquitectura tradicional e que impregnan de forma contundente o imaxinario dos habitantes destes \u00e1mbitos rurais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ningu\u00e9n pode criticar a arquitectura vern\u00e1cula, unha arquitectura cuxa estrutura interna foi constru\u00edda durante s\u00e9culos a trav\u00e9s dun proceso evolutivo, no que as soluci\u00f3ns se foron perfeccionando para adaptarse m\u00e1is e mellor aos condicionantes dun \u00e1mbito determinado, ata chegar a un estado no que a arquitectura tradicional e a s\u00faa paisaxe se confunden e se fan indivisibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sen lugar a d\u00fabidas o problema actual das obras que se constr\u00faen no medio rural deriva dunha mala interpretaci\u00f3n desta identificaci\u00f3n entre unha determinada arquitectura e o seu lugar. Esta din\u00e1mica colocou por diante das claves, dos acertos, da esencia da arquitectura tradicional a s\u00faa propia imaxe, sen entender que a imaxe \u00e9 un resultado e non un m\u00e9todo de adecuaci\u00f3n da arquitectura ao lugar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para a arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea que act\u00faa nestes contextos tan cargados de memoria, o existente \u00e9 a realidade na que ten que operar e desenvolver o proxecto. O proxecto necesita respectar os modos, as conclusi\u00f3ns alcanzadas pola tradici\u00f3n, para poder actualizalas a unha linguaxe e a unha pr\u00e1ctica construtiva actual; isto sup\u00f3n manter viva e en desenvolvemento a arquitectura do lugar e achegar un paso m\u00e1is ao proceso evolutivo que xerou esa arquitectura que hoxe chamamos tradicional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En definitiva tr\u00e1tase de readaptar o vern\u00e1culo, tr\u00e1tase de ler as condici\u00f3ns de \u00e1mbito e integrarse nel respectando os equilibrios do contexto. Tr\u00e1tase dun pequeno edificio que a pesar da s\u00faa volumetr\u00eda n\u00edtida e da modernidade dos seus ocos incorpora sen ning\u00fan complexo a cuberta tradicional de lajas de pedra, inserindo a nova edificaci\u00f3n no contexto e desta forma continuando a paisaxe. O novo edificio incorp\u00f3rase \u00e1 igrexa existente formando xunto coa antiga edificaci\u00f3n un novo conxunto que a pesar da diferenza de idade entre ambas as d\u00faas construci\u00f3ns non \u00e9 disonante, m\u00e1is ben todo o contrario, poder\u00eda afirmarse que ambos os dous volumes falan unha linguaxe com\u00fan. Unha pequena praza de acceso formalizada a medias polo antigo e o novo serve de acceso ao concello no que os muros de pedra e a cuberta falan do pasado mentres que os seus linteis e carpinterias falan do tempo presente. O proxecto trata as\u00ed de dotar o pobo dunhas novas instalaci\u00f3ns sen interromper a s\u00faa naturalidade.
