Urban development Concepcion.
The Flor de Amancaes Zonal park was thought to be a pole of urbanity.
We divide of the conviction of that the city and the citizenship construct themselves from the Public Spaces, that these have to not organize only the urban plot but trasformarse in places where the citizens develop and enjoy in equality. The Project proposed for the Public Park Villa Maria of the Victory chases these two aims: to construct city from the generation of a clear edge and to construct company from the diversification of opened spaces that allow the development of all kinds of activities.
The analysis of the immediate environment and the complexity of the urban plot us revealed that, though the park does not possess the surface of the big zonal parks, his dimension overcomes the scale mire. This condition added to his good accessibility across the joint of the avenue On December 27 with the avenue Pachacútec and the Line 1 of the Meter of Lima, they turn to this park in a great pole of urbanity, of economic local development, and of services for the bordering districts.
We work on the idea that the city had to dissolve in the park and the park to be constructed towards the city. We imagine a great opened and constant space articulated by the buildings, that taking the spatial tensions of the city, they canalize them towards the heart of the park.
This way, in a centrifugal way, the game of the constructed volumes believes squares perimetrales that, being diluted between them reach the great central wooded park. These urban spaces take the name of the buildings at that they preside: the Cultural Center (CREa) it generates the Plaza and the Walk of the Cultures, thought as expansion of the same one; the Plaza of the Sports conforms for the Polysport Roofing and the Bikepark, being a great playful and civic complementary space to his uses; the Plaza of the Children associates to both existing colleges and to the new program of the ludoteca, transforming in an infantile space equipped with modules of games outdoors. Finally the Plazuela of the Flowers organized concerning the fish-pond, he concludes the street Pizarro and gives continuity to the Av. Independence in the Av. of the Incas.
We work the topography seeking to balance subtractions with landfills for, recognizing the natural depression in the geometric center of the land, to divide towards the perimeter with the idea of making emerge, across the squares, the park in the city.
The tiles of concrete that form the squares are dissolving in the soft similar soil it begins the decrease towards the center of the great urban park.
Architecture and materiality.
We seek to generate buildings thought from his new landscape and urban context, which are opened for the different public spaces, projecting the uses foreseen beyond the constructed volume.
These had to expire with the following characteristics: to be of easy execution, to have under cost of maintenance, to be thought to resist the intensive use and up to acts vandálicos. We think that the best material to think his constructividad was the reinforced concrete, which we decide to accompany with bloquetas and lattices of I make concrete. For the top closings we decide to use panels of superboard tarrajeados and solaqueados. All the materials were thought face – conference.
In a beginning we had proposed a few triangular lattices that would take a few screens of glass behind. Already in the process of development of the process, we saw that it was a costly solution since it was forcing to place screens in all the buildings, for what it happened to us to design a lattice in proportion to a block of standard glass of 19×19. Of this form we solved the solar control, translucent closing and language of the building with two elements. In the sports equipments we leave the last rows of free lattices for ventilation, and in the buildings of services we supported the original idea of placing the screen behind.
We took as a premise the fact of solving a park in the desert. The arboreal species and you will plant they had to be of easy adjustment to the place and under water consumption. Of base we reject the idea of a great carpet of lawn, that since we know demand big quantities of water for his rooting and maintenance. Since alternative we organize functionally the park, identifying zones of contemplation, zones of rest and zones of activity. For the first ones we use it covers soils and plants of colors, for the second ones we decide on the lawn, and for the third ones we proposed natural stabilized soil. Since alternative we organize functionally the park, identifying zones of contemplation, zones of rest and zones of activity. For the first ones we use it covers soils and plants of colors, for the second ones we decide on the lawn, and for the third ones we proposed natural stabilized soil. Quite accompanied of trees of different species that will generate spaces of the Sun and shade. In both parks there were constructed and implemented Plants of Residual Treatment (PTAR) to generate water of irrigation.
