The most emblematic pieces of the woman who laid the foundations of modern design land in Barcelona with the exhibition “Charlotte Perriand: the art of living, the art of living”, which can be seen from July 11 to September 7, 2018 in MINIM Barcelona.

MINIM and Cassina invite you to this exhibition dedicated to the architect, designer and photographer Charlotte Perriand, who was a close collaborator of Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret and stood out for creating pieces of furniture that have become great icons of design.

The opening day was attended by Pernette Perriand, daughter and helper of Charlotte for 20 years, and her husband Jacques Barsac architect, design critic, author of several books and in-depth knowledge of the works of Charlotte Perriand, who approached to the life and work of the artist to those present.

The exhibition is completed by a series of historical photographs and historical material from the Cassina archive that help to better understand the work of this restless creator who helped to draw the landscape of our current homes.
