Solvia, the real-estate operator of Banco Sabadell, across the Program Solvia Innova, throws a contest of ideas to design a housing adapted to the current situation. “Welcome to house. Prize Solvia to the innovation in the design of the housing” has as aim think concerning a collective model of housing with the challenge of developing concepts of housing that answer to the new social, economic, technological and environmental models.
The juror of the prize will be presided by Michael Montes, General manager of Banco Sabadell-Vicepresidente de Solvia, and there will form a part of him Miquel Molins, President of the Foundation Banco Sabadell, Ramon Rovira, The Director of Communication and Institutional Relations of the Bank Sabadell and General Assistant director of the entity, Anne Lacaton (Lacaton&Vassal), Josep Bohigas, Juan Herreros, Xavier Monteys y Zaida Muxí.
The juror will value the flexibility and adaptability to the personal and familiar situation of the user along his life cycle, the high spatial quality, the incorporation of criteria of environmental sustainability, a viable execution economically with a limited cost of construction and good maintenance and permanence.
